Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive. Please ensure you
are typing in your username and password correctly.

A. This
identifies that you are likely to be using an older version of
Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 3 or 4. To over come this fault
go to the adobe
web site and download the latest version.
