Q. I have subscribed to the Mick Hart Discussion Board but my username and password are not valid for the board?

A. When payment is made to subscribe to the board you are asked to select a username and password which will gain you access to the members area of the Mick Hart site. These details will not get you onto the board. Once through the pop up security box for the first time you must then also register as a new member with the board itself, selecting a username and password to gain access by clicking on the register button.

Q. The payment handlers will not accept my credit card?

A. Our payment handlers will accept most credit card payments and it is unusual for them to reject a payment from any of the well known credit card companies. Should your payment not be accepted we will try to assist as much as possible. To pay by alternative means fill out the customer support form explaining the service you wish to join and the method of payment you would prefer. Unfortunately we are unable to manually process payments for the board on a monthly basis but would be prepared to take 2 separate payments over the course of the year.

Q. Is there way to access the board without having to keep in putting both sets of details to gain access to the members area and board.

A. Those details must be submitted each time however there is a convenient way to do this. When you next enter your details in the windows style security box which will gain you access into the members area, ensure you tick the little box (Remember Details).

Likewise when you enter the board, ensure profile options have the remember my login details as checked as well as the browse with cookies feature enabled. If you then add the board index page to your favourites, next time you click to go to the board, your details will appear automatically in the security style box and you need only click submit, whilst you will skip the log on to the board completely as it will remember your details automatically. Should you be on an open terminal which is used by different persons it is advisable NOT to check the remember details on the windows style security box to prevent abuse of your account.
