Q. I did not receive my product activation key, how do I get this?

A. Go to the support form by clicking here and ensure you fill out as much detail as possible on the form which will help the Customer Services to identify your account. We will send you your activation key.

A. Macs will not allow the executable to run on them, please fill in the relevant details on the support form and an alternative will be provided. click here.

Q. I downloaded the report but my activation serial number will not work

A. You need to be connected to the Internet when you first open the book, this will connect with our server, verify the serial number and allow the document to open. You do not need to be connected to the Internet on any subsequent occasion you open the book.

Should the program not accept your product activation key, please ensure you are using the activation code and not your payment reciept. If this does not resolve your issue, the problem is likely to be a firewall issue. If you are using a firewall such as windows XP fire wall, norton etc, simply disable whilst you activate your copy of the book.

Q. I have the report but I can not view the contents, why?

A. You need to using the latest adobe acrobat reader application to view the pdf document. You can not view it in any other program. If you dont have the adobe acrobat reader, you can download it free from the adobe web site.

Bear in mind the book is sent as an executable file, this will locate your adobe acrobat reader program and open up the report inside the program. You can not open the file from within the adobe program.

A. This identifies that you are likely to be using an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. To over come this fault go to the adobe web site and download the latest version.

Q. How do I arrange a time for the call?

A. You will recieve a response from customer services in the form of an email. The email will outline what you need to do to arrange the consultation. If after 48 hours you have not recieved a response from customer services, email custserv@mickhart.com explaining this and they will rectify this for you.
